About Me

Working with children taught me about the importance of taking time to play, and the value of making mistakes.

Working with adults with learning disabilities gave me true compassion, gratitude, and a thorough appreciation for the unique and universal qualities, and inherent value of all people.

Working in the corporate world taught me the pressures people come up against as individuals around performance, working relationships, influence, confidence, and mindset.

Working as a management consultant (and setting up my own business) taught me first hand about the challenges that small businesses and entrepreneurs face daily on almost every level of work and life.

Throughout all of these experiences, there has been a constant thread, of being called upon as a trusted adviser to friends, friends of friends, relatives, colleagues, professionals, business owners.

It took me quite a while to realise that coaching has always been in my life. Once I joined the dots, I trained as a certified coach and practitioner, and started incorporating these new learnings into my work along with my  personal strengths and intuitive skills to develop a diverse and flexible coaching toolkit.

I have invested in learning from some of the best teachers in the world. Tony Robbins, Chloe Madanes, Dr Menis Yousry and Dr John Butler amongst many others. Even with these incredible experiences and transfers of knowledge, my education never stops. As part of my continuing professional development, I am always exploring fresh, practical tools and resources, and gathering learnings and inspiration from a variety of topics like Business, Leadership, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Family Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming and more.

I’m a fully insured member of the Association for Coaching, adhering to the highest standards of integrity, privacy and security.
